1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply to Coastline Building Group LLC dba Slides Rite ("Slides Rite," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our company, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Slides Rite specializes in custom interior door supply and installation, accordion room partitions, and custom interior pocket door restoration. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are provided by phone, in person, online form, and/or in writing depending on the service and project type. Free in-person estimates are required for most new installation work.
- Repair quotes are based on the information provided by customers; final pricing may change if the scope of work differs upon inspection.
- We reserve the right to adjust repair pricing due to material cost changes, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors.
- For contract work, we reserve the right to cease work and issue change orders for any unforeseen additional work required to complete the scope of the original contract. The project will remain paused until the change order is approved by our customer.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% deposits are required for all new installation work and any repair work that exceeds $2,000. Final payment is due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit and debit cards, checks, Zelle payments, and ACH payments. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.
- Late or failed payments may result in additional charges or service cancellation.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
- We use high-quality parts and materials and stand by our workmanship.
- Specific warranties are provided for certain products and services.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and service needs.
- Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians.
- Obtain any necessary approvals from landlords, HOAs, or property managers.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- No contract cancellation is available after 48 hours of signed contract approval. Contract cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email.
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
8. Text Message (SMS) Program
Slides Rite offers a text messaging program for prospective and existing customers. By checking the optional SMS consent box on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Coastline Building Group LLC dba Slides Rite at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Messages you may receive: appointment confirmations and reminders for design calls and on-site estimates, responses to your questions, project and installation updates, customer service and warranty communication, and occasional promotional offers related to our services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- How to opt out: Text STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program.
For information about how we handle your personal information, including your mobile phone number, please review our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service provided.

- You may not use our website for unlawful purposes.
